How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up and connect your estate — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or your data is deleted. No pressure.
Can we self-host?
Yes. Enterprise plans include self-hosted deployment in your VPC or private cloud. We provide a Docker image and dedicated onboarding support.
Who counts as a billable user?
Billable users are editor seats with create/edit/publish permissions. Viewer seats are included at a fixed count per plan (10 on Beginner and Team, 30 on Growth) and are unlimited on Enterprise — so executives and stakeholders can access architecture context without consuming editor seats.
What happens if we hit our editor or application cap?
Each plan has a maximum editor count as well as a minimum, and a fixed application cap — we don't let seat overage quietly erode the next tier's price. You'll get an in-product prompt to upgrade before any hard gate, with a grace buffer before new application creation is blocked. No surprise invoices.
How are seat changes billed?
Seat additions within a plan's range are prorated from the day they are activated. For annual contracts, reductions are applied at renewal.
Is our data secure?
Archimarc uses read-only connectors and does not ingest business payload data. Metadata is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls on every plan and a full audit log on Enterprise.
